Agreement

By subscribing to Go For Launch at goforlaunch.live, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not subscribe. Go For Launch is operated as a free public service.

The service

Go For Launch sends an email notification to subscribers before upcoming SpaceX rocket launches. Notifications are sent approximately 24 hours before launch, 1 hour before launch, or both, based on your preferences at the time of subscription. Launch data is sourced from the Launch Library 2 API maintained by The Space Devs. We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of launch information, as launch schedules are subject to change without notice.

How to opt out of email

If you wish to unsubscribe from our list, we make things easy:

Unsubscribe page — Visit goforlaunch.live/unsubscribe and enter your email address to deactivate your subscription entirely.

No warranties

Go For Launch is provided as-is, free of charge, with no warranties expressed or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, delivery of notifications, or accuracy of launch data. Launch schedules change. Rockets scrub. We will do our best to notify you when data is available, but we make no promise that you will receive every alert for every launch.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Go For Launch, William Ray Brown, and their respective affiliates, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, this service. In no event shall the total cumulative liability of any of the foregoing parties for any claim arising out of or related to this service exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or zero dollars if the service was provided to you free of charge.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact information when subscribing. You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the email you provided. You agree not to use this service for any unlawful purpose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the date at the top of this page.
