Agreement
By subscribing to Go For Launch at goforlaunch.live, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not subscribe. Go For Launch is operated by William Ray Brown as a free public service.
The service
Go For Launch sends SMS and email notifications to subscribers before upcoming SpaceX rocket launches. Notifications are sent approximately 24 hours before launch, 1 hour before launch, or both, based on your preferences at the time of subscription. Launch data is sourced from the Launch Library 2 API maintained by The Space Devs. We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of launch information, as launch schedules are subject to change without notice.
SMS messaging consent
By providing your phone number and subscribing, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS text messages from Go For Launch. These messages are transactional notifications related to SpaceX launch schedules. Message frequency varies based on the launch schedule — typically between 2 and 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. Go For Launch is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.
How to opt out of SMS
You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time using any of the following methods:
Reply STOP — Text STOP to any message you receive from Go For Launch. You will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent to your number.
Unsubscribe page — Visit goforlaunch.live/unsubscribe and enter your email address to deactivate your subscription entirely.
Reply HELP — Text HELP to any message for support contact information.
After opting out via STOP, you may re-subscribe at any time by visiting goforlaunch.live and submitting your information again.
Supported carriers
SMS notifications are delivered via Twilio and are supported by all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Carrier support may vary. Go For Launch is not liable for undelivered messages due to carrier limitations or network issues.
No warranties
Go For Launch is provided as-is, free of charge, with no warranties expressed or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, delivery of notifications, or accuracy of launch data. Launch schedules change. Rockets scrub. We will do our best to notify you when data is available, but we make no promise that you will receive every alert for every launch.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go For Launch and William Ray Brown shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use this service. Our total liability for any claim arising from this service shall not exceed zero dollars, as the service is provided free of charge.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact information when subscribing. You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided. You agree not to use this service for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for any charges your carrier applies to messages received.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the date at the top of this page.
